If you tell us on WhatsApp where you are setting off from, we will send back the exact route and a realistic time estimate for that hour.
What shift work does, and which session answers it
Two complaints dominate among our Arnavutköy guests. The first is a nervous system that will not power down — you lie awake after a night shift with your body exhausted and your head still running. Every day between 10:00 and 13:00 sessions start from ₺1,200. For a shift worker this window is unusually convenient: it is the natural gap between a finished night rotation and sleep, and it is also the cheapest slot we offer. Planning the visit around an irregular week
Because rotas change, we keep booking as light as possible. Send a day and a time window on WhatsApp and we reply with what is open. There is no deposit and no cancellation fee — if your shift moves, one message is enough. Guests whose rota is published a week ahead often book two or three sessions at once and shift them as needed.
Allow ten to fifteen minutes on arrival for the welcome conversation: pressure preference, any area that hurts, any health condition we should know about. After the session there is no rush — herbal tea and a shower are available, and several of our Arnavutköy guests use that half hour to let the drive home settle before they take the wheel again.
Hygiene, therapists and what we do not do
Rooms are aired and wiped between guests. Towels, table linen and face-cradle covers are changed for every single visit.
