What walking uphill does
Walking on a slope keeps the back of the calf and the Achilles tendon under constant load, while walking downhill tires the area around the knee. All three are worked in the same session and finished with stretching.
For hotel and restaurant staff
Shifts in this district often run from late afternoon until after midnight. For that group the morning slot works best: between 10:00 and 13:00 the salon is quiet and prices start from ₺1.500.
Languages
The session flow, the areas to be worked and the price list are explained in English before the session starts. A simple pressure scale is used during the session, so language is never a barrier.
